The Community Health Center, Sidhauli (C.H.C. Sidhauli ), Sitapur is a F.R.U. hospital and one of the reputed and leading hospital established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. C.H.C. Sidhauli is situated in Middle of Sidhauli Market.
